We live in an incredible time, where we can be connected constantly to others via a little device in our pocket: our phones. Yet, we feel so disconnected when we are all at the dinner table and look around...everyone is staring at their phones. Or walking down the street. No one makes eye contact, everyone looking down, lost in their devices.

 

How can we strike a balance and leverage technology to our benefit?
